Overview Electric Power Calc, Inc. (“EPC,” “we” or “us”) operates the Power Calc PaK website at http://www.powercalcpak.com (the “Site”), which is stored in a database on servers located in the United States by ECP and by third parties on our behalf. We have created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy and so that you understand how we collect and use data about your Site visit. This Web Privacy Policy applies only to activities we engage in on the Site and does not apply to activities that are "offline" or unrelated to the Site.
Collection and Use of Your Personal Information At the Power Calc PaK website, we may ask you to provide personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address, or telephone number. We may also collect demographic information, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, and interests. If you choose to make a purchase or sign up for a paid subscription service, we will ask for additional information, such as your credit card number and billing address, which is used to create a billing account.

Use of Cookies and Web Beacons
We use cookies, which gather certain forms of information from your computer to help us monitor and improve Site usage and performance. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
We use cookies to monitor individual activity in aggregate to improve the Site. We do not tie the information gathered by web beacons to our customer’s personally identifiable information.

Our company is committed to protecting the security of your information, including personal information, and information collected for advertising purposes. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access. Collection of Other Information Surveys and Contests: Occasionally, Power Calc PaK conducts surveys and contests. If you decide to participate, we may collect information so that we can contact you to provide notice of the contest results and award prizes. We may use information from surveys and contests to improve the content and performance of the Site.
Friends: Power Calc PaK’s site includes a referral service so that you can inform your friends about our products and services. If you provide us with your friend’s name and email address, we will contact them by email. Your friend may contact us at info@powercalcpak.com to have their information removed from our database.
Other Websites Our Site may contain links to other sites operated by third parties. These sites are not covered by this Web Privacy Policy and we are not responsible for any information which you may provide to these third parties. We recommend that you review the privacy policies for these sites before you provide any information to them. These third party sites may send their own cookies or web beacons to users and solicit information. We do not have any control over the collection or use of information by these sites and you will need to contact these third parties directly if you have any concerns about their use of your information.
Collection and Use of Children's Personal Information The Power Calc PaK site is not intended for children 13 years of age or younger and our Site does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children. We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive online world. We encourage you to talk with your children about communicating with strangers and disclosing personal information online.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Web Privacy Policy at any time. We will occasionally update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our services and customer feedback.
