The InventorPower Calc PaK…invented by an electrical engineer
Who invented Power Calc PaK? James Khalil, P.E. is the inventor of Power Calc PaK, with over 30 years of experience as an electrical engineer in the building industry. In 1980, James received his B.S., Electrical Engineering, from the University of Texas, Arlington. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in many states, including Florida and Texas. His experience includes project management and engineering design for local and federal government as well as private sector clients. Representative projects include lighting, power, telecommunications, fault current and selective coordination studies, power flow studies, lightning, and fire protection for educational, government, military, heatlhcare, commercial, residential, and other facilities. James is the Owner and President of International Consulting Engineers, Inc. (“ICE”), an MEP engineering consulting firm located in Delray Beach, Florida. Prior to establishing ICE, he was an executive at several major engineering consulting firms. See www.ice-inc.net. Power Calc PaK is the result of James’ extensive experience. Power Calc PaK is a software program that automates electrical engineering calculations to design a building’s power distribution system based on the National Electric Code. Power Calc PaK is a technical first in electrical engineering covered by U.S. Patent No. 7,636,650. At ICE, Power Calc PaK has been used for every project over the past eight years winning awards and recognition for engineering excellence.
